Frequently Asked Questions

To enable the remote pan scan function please press the OK button twice. You will see the arrows that appear on the screen. Please note that although the camera does not appear to move up and down, the video on the parent unit will show that movement. Also, the camera moves left and right.

The “switch camera view” function is available if you have multiple cameras paired with the Parent Unit. When the Parent Unit is in camera viewing mode, press the OK button, and the camera view from the next paired camera appears on the screen, with the camera number or scan shown on the status bar. Each press of the OK button cycles through all the paired cameras.

It could be that the Parent Unit is in standby mode. Check whether the video on timer has been selected in the menu and deactivate it where necessary.

  • Switch on both the Baby and Parent Units.
  • Pair the Baby Unit again as described in see “4.3.5 Add camera". If there is no free camera location, delete a location first, as described in see “4.3.6 Delete camera".
