Hubble Connected US – Services Terms and Conditions

Effective July 31, 2017

These terms apply to the sale and purchase of Services on Hubbleconnected.com. Hubble Connected (HK) Ltd. operates an online service via the website www.hubbleconnected.com (the “Site”), associated mobile and web applications (“Apps”) and related services, features, facilities and content which allows any person with a “Hubble compatible device” to utilise a range of connected services that are set out in Schedule 1, subject to purchasing a service plan set out in Schedule 2, having  the service store images, video or data by Hubble Connected Ltd. for the period of such service plan.

 

This page (together with our Privacy Policy) tells you information about Hubble Connected (HK) Ltd (“Hubble Connected”, “we”, “our” or “us”) the terms on which you may access and use our web site at www.hubbleconnected.com (“Site”) and the terms which apply to all services, features, facilities, software including the Apps, applications and content offered by us [via our Site] (“Service” or “Services”) to you. In these Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), “Customer”, “you” or “your” shall refer to any visitor to the Site or any user of the Site, Service or Apps.

 

Please read these Terms of Service carefully and make sure that you understand them, before using the Site or any Services. By visiting or using the Site and/or ordering or using any Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Service and you agree to comply with them. You should print a copy of these Terms of Service or download and save them for future reference.

 

              1.     The Service


The Service is offered to consumers as a companion to approved Hubble Connected product[s] only (“Approved Products”). An Approved Product is enabled for use with the system by a unique ID that must be present in order to bond the camera with an active account. Once activated the features of the Approved product are enhanced by features that are deployed from the Service for a variety of platforms.

 

              2.     This Agreement


This Agreement applies to the services described www.hubbleconnected/plans  and any devices or services provided to you by third party suppliers for use in conjunction with Hubble Connected services, including but not limited to tablet or mobile data smart devices.


              3.     Amending the Terms of Service


We may amend these Terms of Service from time to time by changing this page or amending the Services and prices in the Schedules so please check these Terms of Service prior to using the Site or ordering or using any Services to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions which will apply at that time. These Terms of Service were most recently updated on March 6, 2018.

 

              4.     Information About Us


We operate the Site and provide the Services. We are Hubble Connected (HK) Ltd, a company registered and incorporated in Hong Kong, with registered number 1938721 and whose registered office is at Room 902, 19-27 Wilson House, Wyndham Street, Hong Kong.    This is also our main trading address.


              5.     Contacting us


If you wish to contact us for any reason, including if you wish to make a complaint about the Site or Service, you can contact us at [email protected]. Contact details for Hubble Connected are always available at www.hubbleconnected.com/contact-info. If you have taken out a service plan and wish to cancel your contract please see Your consumer right of cancellation (Section 12).

 

              6.     Contacting you


If we need to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by email to the email address you provide to us on opening an account or, if you provide us with a telephone number for the purposes of contacting you, we may use that telephone number. Please note that we will never email you asking for your personal information to be sent via email.

 

              7.     Who may use our Site and Services?


You may only use our Site and/or our Services if you are at least 18 years old. You may only use our Site or Services if it is lawful for you to do so in the country where you are resident or where you are accessing our Site or Services.

 
You may only use our Site and Services in your personal capacity and not as part of any business. No information provided as part of the Services or on the Site may be re-sold, transferred or reproduced in any form or used for any purpose other than for your personal use, without our prior written consent. If we believe you have breached this, we may terminate your use of the Services, including any service plan and you will not be entitled to any refund for time left on any service plan period.

 

              8.     Privacy Policy


Our Privacy Policy tells you the personal information we collect, and how we hold and use your personal information. By using our Services you agree to us collecting, using and holding your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy www.hubbleconnected.com/privacy

 

              9.     You need a Hubble Connected Approved Product to use the Service


The Service includes access to and use of the Site and the features offered via the Site, including user accounts; remote access to live-streaming data on mobile devices, computers or voice activated devices via your account; motion detection and monitoring of private space via your account; storage and retrieval of data via one of our service plans (described on the Site); access to third party applications and software to work in conjunction with our services; and purchase of services or products. The sale and purchase of Approved Products is not covered by these Terms of Service.  Except for the Service offered under our Service Plans, the Service is offered free of charge to Customers who have registered with us and opened a user account. Unless you have purchased a service plan, we do not store any of your data, nor permit you to retrieve it from us onto your device. The free Service only permits live streaming from your Approved Camera to your device using the App.

 

              10.  User Account


In order to access and use our Services, you will need to register for an account. Each account set-up will require us to collect personally identifiable information from you, including but not limited to, a user ID and password. The information you provide must be accurate, truthful and up-to-date. If you register for an account using inaccurate, false or outdated information, Hubble Connected reserves the right to terminate your account without notice. Should your account be terminated for any reason, this may result in the deletion of all the information and data contained therein. Once your account is activated, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. You must not disclose your user ID or password to any third party. You are also responsible for any and all conduct under this account. The Service will place small digital non-personal cookies on your hard drive when you customize the account. This mechanism will customize the interface and remember information about your visit so it persists when you load the site again later. You must enable cookies in your browser to take advantage of this feature.


Please keep your email address and other registration details up to date as we may need to use these details to contact you about the Services.


Please note:

-        You may not open more than one user account at the same time;

-        You may not open a user account under a false name or providing false details;

-        We have the right to disable any user ID or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Service. If you know or suspect that anyone, other than you, has access to your user ID or password, you must promptly notify us at [email protected]


              11.  Service Plans


You can only store and retrieve your Content through the Service if you purchase one of our Service Plans. Details of our service plans are available on the Site and set out in Schedule 2. 

 

You need a user account in order to purchase a Service Plan. 

To place an order for a service plan you should click the www.hubbleconnected.com/plans on the Site. This will allow you accept these Terms of Service and pay for your order. After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.


We will confirm our acceptance of your order to you by sending you an e-mail ("Confirmation"). The contract between us for provision of any service plan will only be formed when we send you the Confirmation.


We may refuse any order at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to cancel any Service at any time and issue a refund for any service plan on a pro rata basis.

 

              12.  Your Consumer Right of Cancellation


You have a legal right to cancel a contract for the provision of services under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) for the period of 14 days from the date of the Confirmation of the commencement of the first paid subscription period (“Cancellation Period”). If you wish to cancel after this period we can stop the provision of the service but we will provide no plan refund and you will be liable for the remaining fee of the plan duration.

 

To cancel a Contract within the 14-day period, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. To do so please contact us via [email protected] remembering to include the email address associated with your Hubble account to help us to identify it. Your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail. For example, you will have given us notice in time as long as you e-mail us before midnight (local time) on the last day of the 14-day Cancellation Period.

 

If you cancel your Contract within the 14-day period with us we will refund you your service plan fee (less the amount attributable to any Services provided before your cancellation). We will make any refunds as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days. After the 14-day period no refund will be applicable.

 

              13.  Billing and Payment


All applicable fees for service plans are outlined in Schedule on www.hubbleconnected.com/plans

The subscription constitutes an ongoing payment on a periodic basis for a selected service plan.  The plans can be either monthly or annual subscription payments. If you’ve chosen the monthly subscription, you are charged once a month and your subscription automatically renews every month. If you’ve chosen the annual subscription, you are immediately charged for twelve months, and your subscription automatically renews every twelve months. To prevent future charges you need to cancel your subscription. This can be done at any time, details can be found here  

Please note that fees are subject to change over time, but any changes will not affect any order you have already placed. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review the fees and take note of any changes. Payment for service plans by is in advance by credit card. Acceptance of payment may be dependent on the payment provider or card issuer who may require security information to be entered or validation checks to be carried out as part of their secure payment system. If payment is not accepted, you will be notified of this.  Please check your payment provider or card issuer’s terms and conditions.


If we discover an error in any pricing of Services you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Services at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that we do not have to provide the Services to you at the incorrect (lower) price even if a Confirmation has been sent.


Except where you have cancelled an order under Your Consumer Right of Cancellation above, all fees paid to Hubble Connected are non-refundable. In the event that you do not pay the fees when they are due, we reserve the right to terminate your account or to restrict your access to Services.

 

              14.  Special Offers


From time to time the business may offer special Service deals that will be for a limited time period. These offers are subject to these terms and conditions and the details of the service will be set out https://hubbleconnected.com/terms-of-promotions for the duration of the offer. Any offer will be subject to the same terms and conditions and where there is an option to upgrade the cancelation of this service in the cooling off period will return the customer to their existing plan and contract.

 

              15.  Apps Usage


The Service may include (without limitation) the provision by us of the App for download from our Site or from third party application stores authorised by us such as Google Play or the Apple App Store (“Third Party Stores”). Please note that any use of Third Party Stores to download the App will be subject to the terms and conditions of use of such Third Party Stores.


You may use any App for the purposes only of accessing and using the Service on your mobile or other device. You may not separate any individual component of the App for use on another device or computer, or transfer it for use on another device or computer or use it, or any portion of it, over a network, and you may not sell, rent, lease, lend, distribute, or sublicense or otherwise assign any rights to the App in whole or in part.


We may from time to time make available updates or upgrades to the App. Upgrades and updates will not be automatic unless you expressly agree.


You may not:

a)            modify, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App or any software incorporated within it whether in whole or in part;

b)           save as permitted by law, decompile the App in whole or in part; or

c)            create any derivative works from or of the App; or

d)           bypass, modify, defeat, or tamper with or circumvent any of the functions or protections of the App or any mechanisms operatively linked to the App.

 

              16.  Your Content


In these Terms of Service, “Content” means all information, reviews, comments, contributions, data, video, text, photographs, software, scripts, graphics, and interactive features generated, provided, or otherwise made accessible by us on or through the Service.  Content created by you using an Approved Product which is streamed by or stored on and retrieved from the Service is referred to in these Terms of Service as "Your Content."

All Content is the sole responsibility of the person who provided such Content. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any Content which users may provide. You acknowledge that all Content accessed by you using the Service is at your own risk and you will be solely responsible and liable for any damage or loss to you or any other party resulting there from.

By submitting Your Content to the Service, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive licence to use Your Content to the extent solely required to operate the Service. You will own the copyright in your Content and, except in the circumstances set out in our Privacy Policy, we will not have the right to access Your Content or use it for any purposes or disclose it to any third party.

We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of Your Content.

We have the right to inspect and/or remove Your Content (or any of it) if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with our Acceptable Use provisions or any other provisions of these Terms of Service. Please note that we do not monitor Your Content but if we receive any complaint or other report concerning Your Content, particularly from any law enforcement agency, we will take such action as we deem fit on receiving any such complaint or report. We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that Your Content constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. We have the right to disclose Your Content to any Law Enforcement Agency on request by them for Your Content.


              17.  Intellectual Property Rights


We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site, the Service (including the App) and in the Content published on or available through the Site or Service, other than Your Content. Those works are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. Unless we say otherwise, you may access and use the Service, the Site and the Content solely for your personal use. You may not modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt or in any way exploit the Content or any other part of the Service. You may not publish, display, or commercially exploit any Content or other materials from us or other owners of intellectual property displayed on the Site or the Service unless you request and receive prior written permission from us or other owners of the intellectual property. If we or any other owners of the intellectual property grant permission, you may not change or delete any author credit, trade mark legend or copyright notice. You must follow and observe all additional copyright notices or other restrictions contained on the Site or the Service.


If you are in breach of any of these provisions, your right to use the Service will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the Content you have made.


Trademarks Hubble Connected, its associated domain names and the Hubble logo are registered and unregistered trademarks of Hubble Connected (HK) Ltd. which are protected by national and international laws. All rights are reserved. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited. All other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. All rights reserved. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.


Motorola Trademark Notice: MOTOROLA and the stylised M logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Motorola Trademark Holdings, LLC and are used under licence. Breach of these Terms of Service: If you fail to comply with or breach our Terms of Service (or we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached our Terms of Service) we may take all or any of the following actions:

a)    immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site and/or the Service or any part of it;

b)   immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Content you have contributed or uploaded to the Service;

c)    issue of a warning to you;

d)   legal proceedings against you;

e)    disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities or third parties as we reasonably feel is necessary.

 

These actions are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.


              18.  Indemnity


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hubble Connected and all of its agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any damages, losses, expenses, legal fees that might arise due to your violation of the Terms of Service, or resulting from any negligence or wrongful conduct in connection with the Site. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hubble Connected and all of our agents and employees from and against any claim made by a third party arising from your use of the Services or your infringement upon the rights of any other party.


              19.  Limitation of Liability


If we are in breach of these Terms of Service we will be liable to you for loss and damage suffered by you to the extent that it was a direct and foreseeable result of our breach or negligence but not otherwise. 

We do not limit or exclude our liability in any way for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other matter for which we may not exclude or attempt to exclude our liability under applicable law.


              20.  Statutory Rights


Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer.


              21.  Acceptable Use

Hubble Connected is not responsible for how you use Your Content or other users’ Content. You bear sole responsibility for all Your Content you create and/or share using the Services, as well as any claims made against you by another party or entity with regard to Your Content. Should you choose to share Your Content with others, you do so at your own risk. Further, you are responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of exposure to any Content you access using our Services. You agree at all times to use the Site and the Services in a lawful, responsible manner. You must comply with the spirit of the following standards as well as the letter. We will decide in our ultimate discretion whether you have breached these Acceptable Use provisions.

You must not:

•     use the Site or the Services other than for personal, non-commercial use;

•     use the Site or the Services for the benefit or profit of a third party;

•     use the Site or the Services in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;

•     use the Site or the Services in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

•     use the Site or the Services to send, knowingly receive, stream, create, upload, download, store, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our standards relating to Your Content, set out below;

•     use the Site or the Services to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);

•     use the Site or the Services to introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful;

•     attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, Services, Content, user accounts, the server on which the Site or Services are stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site or Services;

•     attack the Site or Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack;

•     in using the Site or the Services, infringe any person’s intellectual property rights, disclose any person’s confidential information without their permission or breach any person’s privacy;

•     include any image of or reference to any other person without their consent.

 

Your Content must not:

•     contain any material which is defamatory of any person;

•     contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;

•     promote or contain any sexually explicit material;

•     promote or contain any violent or illegal activity;

•     promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

•     infringe any copyright, database right, trade mark, right of privacy or publicity or other intellectual property right of any other person;

•     be likely to deceive any person;

•     be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;

•     disclose the name, address, telephone, mobile or fax number, email address or any other personal data in respect of any person;

•     be in contempt of court;

•     be threatening, bullying, abusive or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;

•     be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;

•     be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;

•     give the impression that it emanates from us, if this is not the case;

•     advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse;

•     be used for the purposes of promoting or advertising a business;

•     contain any statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to who, the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism or other criminal activity;

•     be used for any legal, forensic or commercial use.

 

If you believe or are certain that another user has violated any of our Acceptable Use provisions it is your responsibility to report the information to Hubble Connected as soon as you are able to. 

If in breaching any of these provisions, you commit or we have reasonable cause to believe you have committed, a criminal offence, in addition to our other rights set out in these Terms of Service, we may report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity and your Content to them.


              22.  Changes to our Site and the Service

We may change our Site, the Service and/or any Content at any time. However, we do not have any duty to update or correct any materials. While we have attempted in good faith to ensure that the information presented here is accurate, there may be technical and factual inaccuracies or errors and you should note that any of the Content on our Site or available through the Service may be out of date at any given time.


              23.  Reliance on information posted

Content posted on our Website or via the Service is not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We have no liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to our Site or any user of our Service, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.


              24.  Written communications

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our Site or Service, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices to our Site. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.


              25.  Notices

All notices given by you to us must be given to us at our address or email address given at the beginning of these Terms of Service. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when registering with us or by posting changes on our Site. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our Site, [24] hours after an email is sent, or [3] days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email, that such email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.


              26.  Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather, strikes or other industrial action, riot or civil commotion. 

 

              27.  Accessing our Site and the Services

We do not guarantee that our Site or the Services will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our Site or Service without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our Site or Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

 

              28. Linking

You may link to our Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

 

              29. Third party links and resources

Where our Site or Service contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

 

              30. Other important terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under any contract with you to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms of Service.  You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms of Service to another person if we agree in writing.

 
The contract set out in these Terms of Service is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.


Each of the paragraphs of these Terms of Service operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.


If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms of Service, if we do not enforce our rights against you or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.

 

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by United States Law and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service will be governed by United States law. You and we both agree to that the courts of Indiana will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Schedule 2: Service Plans

Hubble Connected Standard Service plan supports the following configuration for each individual account: A maximum of one computer, tablet or mobile data smart devices logged in at one time. A maximum of five cameras and/or other high-bandwidth devices logged in at one time. Or a maximum of five low-bandwidth devices e.g. headphones or voice activated devices) logged in at a time.

Cameras and Baby Monitors

What is the service, and how do I get it?

You have the ability to monitor, control and record data depending on your subscription services and the devices you have bought. The services are growing and developing but currently consist of:

 

Free Streaming 
Connect your Hubble Connected Device and view the live stream via the Hubble Connected app. Here you will also be able to access other free features. Depending on the device these may include: motion, sound and temperature alerts. Please note that to access motion-triggered video alerts you must upgrade to one of our paid subscription plans:

 

Last 1 Day of Motion Detection Video (Subscription Service)

Connect your Hubble Connected Device and in addition to accessing the live feed, you will be able to view any ‘events’ captured via your device. These ‘events’ are short videos which are recorded to the Cloud when motion is detected by your device. This service can be applied to up to four Hubble Connected devices.

The feed from the device(s) will be stored for a period of (no longer) than 24 hours, at which stage it will be deleted. Should you not wish to lose any events you can always download content to your smart device, via the Hubble Connected app.


Last 7 Days of Motion Detection Video (Subscription Service)

Connect for your Hubble Connected Device accessing the live feed and in addition you will be able to view any ‘events’ captured via your device. These ‘events’ are short videos which are recorded to the Cloud when motion is detected by your device. This service can be applied to up to four Hubble Connected devices.

The feed from the device(s) will be stored for a period of (no longer) than 7 calendar days, at which stage it will be deleted. Should you not wish to lose any events you should always download content to your smart device, via the Hubble Connected app.

Last 30 Days of Motion Detection Video (Subscription Service)

Connect for your Hubble Connected Device accessing the live feed, and in addition you will be able to view any ‘events’ captured via your device. These ‘events’ are short videos which are recorded to the Cloud when motion is detected by your device. This service can be applied to up to ten Hubble Connected devices.

The feed from the device(s) will be stored for a period of (no longer) than 30 calendar days, at which stage it will be deleted. Should you not wish to lose any events you should always download content to your smart device, via the Hubble Connected app.

  1. How do I use the service?
    Follow the directions to download the app and register for the service. Once you connect a device, the system will offer you preferences as to what you want to see and help you decide which service you require.
  2. How do I get help?

    -Adjust product audio features via smart phone or tablet
    - Talk to Alexa through the app and your Verve and Motorola headset on Android 5.0 and   above

      - Last known headset location to help you locate a lost headset

      You will also be able to access other free features as they become available.

Scout Pet Monitoring        

You have the ability to monitor, control and record data for your Scout products through the Hubble connect app depending on your subscription services and the devices you have bought. The services are growing and developing but currently consist of:-

Free Pings Available with Some Scout Devices
Service offers you 150 "pings" per month over 12 months after Scout device has been activated 
A "ping" is a communication request with the Scout device over the mobile network. The following functions are enabled through ping requests when you

• Get the pet’s location

• Activate Geo Fence

• Receive alerts when your pet leaves the virtual boundary

• Record a video*

• Take a picture*

• Send reward or warning messages*

The ping counter starts at 150 every month and counts down each time you use

one of the above functions. Note that unused Pings will not be carried over to the

next month. The ping counter resets automatically to 150 at the start of the month, which is based on the activation date of the Pet Camera.

If 150 pings have been used up before the end of a month, mobile communication with the

Pet Camera will be suspended until the start of the next billing month.

 

Alternatively note that connections via Wi-Fi® remain unaffected.*
