What payment methods are available?

During checkout, you can choose from a few different payment options:

What is the status of my order?

If you logged in or created an account during checkout, you can look up your order by logging in to your account here.

If you did not create an account, you can track the status of your order via the link that was emailed to you with your order confirmation.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Depending on your location, sales tax may be calculated and charged. Any sales tax charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address have been entered during checkout.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

If you created an account during checkout, you can find your invoice by logging to your account here.

If you did not create an account, please contact our support team here.

All invoices are also emailed to you immediately after you complete an order.

What currencies do you accept?

You can choose to view the prices in CAD or USD, but all orders will be processed in USD.

How Can I Cancel My Order? 

Orders are sent to our warehouse for processing minutes after being placed. For this reason, we are unable to cancel orders after they were completed.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

You can return your purchased item(s) if it's within 14 days of receiving it and they are unopened in brand new condition (unused).

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

We ship to the United States and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping at Hubble Connected is always 100% free!

What are the processing times?

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

When will I receive my tracking information?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

When will I receive My Order?

Once shipped, you should receive your order within 5 business days.

Some delays may occur during public holidays or circumstances that are outside of our control.

Will I have to pay duty fees?

No, you will never have to pay duty fees. We have warehouses in the USA & Canada, so we always ship from the country you are located in.

Can I change my shipping address?

No, once the order is placed, we cannot edit the shipping address.
