What are your shipping options and charges?
Shipping is free.
We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs at any time, though this will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
Please note: We also reserve the right to restrict these services at any time and we reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability, delivery location and adverse weather conditions. Any areas affected by adverse weather condition will be notified via updates displayed on this page.
When do you deliver?
Your order will arrive within 3 (three) working days unless otherwise stated. Note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Bad weather, transport or other reasons beyond our control may cause a delay. Binatone North America is not liable for any delays.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all postal areas within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
If the recipient isn't in, our courier will leave a card confirming that they've tried to deliver your parcel and it will be held at your local post office for collection.
How can I tell if I’m getting free shipping on my order?
You will see free shipping listed at checkout, on your order confirmation emails and in your card summary.
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we were out of stock you will have received an email to let you know. If your order is obviously incomplete, please Contact Us.
Loss or Damage during Shipment
Occasionally packages get lost or damaged during transit, no matter how carefully it is handled. Fortunately it doesn’t happen very often.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 14 days of the date of delivery, or within 14 days of the date you received confirmation that it was lost.
If you find your package is damaged, please remember to ask the courier to note it as ‘Damaged’ on receipt or rejected the delivery, stating the reason why.
If you need to return a product for any reason relating to the product (e.g., product has a defect, different colour, not the product you ordered), you need to contact Customer Support. See our Returns Policy on the Site for full details.
Once you have a return shipping authorisation from Binatone North America, we will assist by helping to make return shipping arrangements.
Privacy and Data Protection
Return to Sender
If you accidentally entered the wrong address location. If this is the case, your courier will mark your package “return to sender.” Reach out to us, We're happy to ship your order again!
Stolen- While your courier will do everything they can to ensure you get your Hubble Connected order, there is always a possibility that your package could get stolen. This is why it’s very important for you to make sure that you track your package with your courier's tracker online so that you are available to receive it when it arrives. We are terribly sorry for your loss. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen product once delivered.
Misplaced- If your package says that it is delivered, and yet you can’t find it, please check with your neighbors to see if it accidentally got placed in the wrong location. Unfortunately, this does happen from time to time.
