Personal Data
While using our service, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you, which can be used to contact or identify you. This may include your email address, first name and last name, phone number, address, state, province, zip/postal code, and city.
To use the Hubble Connected App, it is necessary to create an account with us. During the account creation process, you are required to provide your email address, phone number, and choose a password. All other information you provide is voluntary. This data is used to create and maintain your Hubble Connected Account. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Please be assured that we will not transfer your registration information to third parties for commercial purposes. The data you provide during account creation will be stored on a revocable basis. If you wish to delete your customer account, please send an email to data-protection@hubblehome.com
Usage Data
Usage Data is automatically collected when you use the service. This helps us improve the functionality of the Hubble Connected products and provide a better user experience for you. Additionally, it assists us in identifying and resolving technical issues you may encounter while using the Hubble Connected products.
The information may be uploaded to the company's servers and/or a service provider's server or it may be simply stored on your device.
This data may encompass details such as your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the specific pages of our service you visit, the date and time of your visit, the duration spent on these pages, unique device identifiers, and additional diagnostic data.
When you access the service via a mobile device, certain information may be collected automatically, including the type of mobile device you utilize, its unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser employed, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
Furthermore, we may collect information sent by your browser each time you visit our service or access it through a mobile device.
Information Collected while Using Our Product and Application
While using our product specific and application, to provide features of our application, we may collect, with your prior permission:
Product Service Information: When you use our products and services, we collect your profile picture, camera monitoring images, audio, video, time zone, IP address, country location.
Baby-Related Service Information: When you use our baby-related products and services, we collect information that you choose to share about your baby, including your baby’s name, gender, due date or date of birth, weight, photographs, camera monitoring images, audio, video, and sleep patterns, movements, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, room temperature and humidity.
In order to provide our monitoring features, it is necessary to process the personal data of babies, toddlers, and minors. This includes the processing of video and audio recordings. Our Hubble Connected products upload recorded audio and video data to Amazon Storage Service. For more details on Amazon's data privacy practices, please refer to Amazon's Privacy Notice. You can enable or disable these settings at any time, through your device settings.
Smart Monitoring: Our services and products help you to stay connected with the child when you are away from the child through the Hubble App. You can monitor and track real-time activity of the child. The smart intelligent technology of Hubble AI can monitor the child to help in detecting events like rollover, face cover, crying, happy moments and will send the alert on your mobile app.
Health Monitoring: If you want to record child growth like child weight, height, or other child growth you can provide the information in your mobile app and track.
Sleep Analytics: If you want to use child sleep tracking, sleep analysis or breathing rate tracking features of the app, the data collected for these features constitute health data.
By using our services and products, you consent to the collection, processing or use of your voice recordings, photographs, images and other personal information and that of the child (for whom you are the legal representative). If you do not consent to such collection, processing or use of personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove your child's personal information from our service and product servers and stop collecting the voice recordings, photographs, images or other personal information, but this may prevent you from continuing to use our service and products. See section titled "Your Rights" under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA regarding removal of data.

Training the Hubble ML/AI: We will also use the data collected from the monitoring device to train our Hubble AI algorithm to become increasingly better at recognizing dangerous situations for infants, such as their mouth or nose being covered. We will not use the recordings for other purposes. If you do not want to allow us to use your child's personal information for Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI) training purposes you can write to us using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy, we will take necessary action to avoid using your child's personal information for Hubble AI training.
For other purposes:We may use your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our service, products, services, marketing, and your experience.

Photos or videos uploaded to the server will be retained according to the user's current subscription plan and will be automatically deleted once the retention period is over.
